A love that frees the soul… makes you believe … expands your horizons… explores your potential… urges you forward… love like that is hard to find, but harder still to keep. Love in all its forms and facets, in every hue and every emotion… between two people – a bond that lasts a lifetime… and sometimes even more.

I think about the people I love and cherish in my life… I sometimes think of what would happen to my world if I wake up one morning and find someone gone. Would I be left with a heart full of grief and a room full of regrets, or would I carry forward my life knowing that I always found a moment to fill their life with love… and that the beautiful memories that we created together would sustain my every breath.

Loving others I have learnt to love myself more. In fact it’s the best relationship one can ever have. I have learnt that love is never outside you – it is always within. Love does not tie you down, it gives you freedom.

This Valentine’s, I wish for you a life filled with greater clarity… for it is a moment, an idea, a gesture of kindness, an act of faith, and a heart of love that can make all the difference to someone’s world!
